Mini Penthouse apartment

This six-room apartment was bought from a contractor during an evacuation-construction project.

We sought to match the design to the client’s requirements and desires, knowing that construction was already underway and that time was of the essence. We were also thinking about the future and the family’s changing needs as their children grow up (we began work when the family had four members and were happy to learn that they would enter the apartment with a new addition).

Facing east and west, the apartment benefits from abundant natural light. We used this to our advantage, especially in our plan of the study, which is designed with glass panels to let in the light and give the space an open feeling.

The kitchen is planned to meet aesthetic and functional demands and is connected to the living room to form a single, pleasant space for the family and hosting. 

White wood and calm colors endow the apartment with a sense of tranquility and harmony.
