Hospitality Complex

Plan and design | 1000 m2

The complex consists of six low buildings set in a largely natural forest.

The project included the planning and design of thirty guest rooms (26double rooms + 4 suits), a restaurant, and a studio for body and mind workshops.

We sought to create a gentle flow between the private rooms and the public spaces, and between all the internal spaces and the surroundings. We therefore set the building facades toward the surrounding forest.

The restaurant, which is also a casual meeting place, is situated in the former kibbutz dining room. It was turned into a fine dining restaurant, designed as a large loft with a mix of traditional and new styles.

To ensure maximum comfort for the hotel guests, the rooms were installed with carpentry items we ordered and installed. These are used both for storing personal items and for fixtures such as the mini-bar and coffee area. The guest rooms – simple yet sophisticatedly designed – are serene in color and calm in texture. The public spaces feature a changing display of artworks.

In keeping with the clients’ brief, the entire project features clean lines that project an easy sense of warmth. This is complemented by the herb gardens planted by each room, which form a small private outside area with in the open environment.
